When will my order arrive?
Processing time is 1–5 business days.
Shipping usually takes 7–21 business days depending on your location.
Because we work with international suppliers, delivery times may vary.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some products may ship from different suppliers, so they can arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (when available).
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns only for: • Damaged items

• Order not delivered
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or shipping delays.
Why is shipping taking longer than expected?
