Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Idol Mood.

Due to the nature of our products and international suppliers, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was received

• The item was not delivered

Requests must be sent within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor color differences

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions before purchasing.
